Original nutty boys Madness have just announced details of an eleven date winter UK tour.

Just this weekend, the boys plugged the gap left by the currently defunct Oasis, in their slot at Paris' "Rock en Seine" festival. 2009 has been a good year for the ska/ pop septet following the critical acclaim which followed the early summer release of ninth studio album 'The Liberty of Norton Folgate'.

Catch the them live starting in Bournemouth on 1st December, via Brighton, Plymouth, Southend, Swindon, Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow and (currently) ending in Manchester at the Apollo on 15th December, but with the conspicuous omission of a London date... hmm... is there a special London Xmas show in the pipeline... who knows? [well, them and their promoters, probably! - Ed].

Tickets for the tour are on sale now, priced at £33.50 + booking fee.
