Yeasayer and Bat for Lashes for October 2009 UK tour

Yeasayer
Yeasayer

The New York experimental rockers of Yeasayer (who will apparently continue without drummer Luke Fasano) are to join Brighton's marvel Natasha Khan aka Bat for Lashes, for a UK tour this October.

Both bands will thus join forces and bewitch audiences across the land, starting with the Opera House in Bournemouth on October 1st, via the Brighton Dome (October 2nd), the Cambridge Corn Exchange (Oct. 3rd), the Roundhouse in London (Oct. 6th and 7th), Bristol Colston Hall (Oct. 9th), Liverpool Cademy (Oct. 10th), Nottingham Rock City (Oct. 12th), Leeds Academy (Oct.13th), Manchester Academy (Oct. 14th), Cardiff University Great Hall (Oct.16th), Sheffield Octagon (Oct. 17th), Glasgow Academy (Oct.19th) and the Edinburgh Picture House on October 20th.

This comes in anticipation of Yeasayer's second album, expected for January 2010, and following Bat For Lashes' sophomore effort, 'Two Suns', released last April.

Tickets are on sale now and cost £17.00 in all cities except for London (£ 20.00), plus booking fee. A bargain for bands of such calibre!
