After a hectic year on the solo artist circuit, Peter Doherty will be back in action with his shambling collective as of December.

The band (featuring tweet-addict drummer, Adam Ficek - www.twitter.com/adamficek - also in solo endeavours at the moment with his Roses Kings Castles project, and whose EP is due out very shortly) have announced a few pre-Christmas dates, while working on their third album, expected for next year.

The four piece will embark on a mini UK tour, starting off on December 10th at Sheffield O2 Academy, via Cardiff University on December 12th, the Pavilion in Bath on December 13th, Liverpool O2 Academy on December 14th, the Southampton Guildhall on December 15th, Birmingham O2 Academy on December 19th and Nottingham Rock City on December 20th. Note that no London show has been scheduled as yet, but this should hopefully be matter of time.

Tickets cost £21.00 (+booking fee) and go on sale today, 9am.
