Shearwater are set to play a European tour this September that will include three UK dates.
After hitting up Ghent in Belgium and a stint at the End of The Road festival in Dorset, the Texan troubadours will take to stages in Leeds (Brudenell Social Club) on 12th September, Colchester (Arts Centre) on the 13th September, and finally London's Luminaire on 14th September, before continuing onto Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
Expect dramatic, soaring and urgent art-rock that's a little bit haunting. Shearwater have several releases (including a mere five albums!) under their belt whilst remaining out of sight on most radars, and are just waiting for you to discover their delicate sound. The band, which began as a side project from group Okkervil River, has previously played dates with The Mountain Goats, Akron/Family and Blonde Redhead to name but a few.
Tickets are on sale now and are £9-10 each + booking.
