Kids go free in the West End for Kids Week 2009 - August 14th to 28th!

This summer, for the 12th year running, Kids Week in the West End have some fantastic offers for you and your little monsters. Between the 14th and 28th of August children between the ages of 5 and 16 can go to watch a selection of 28 sensational shows for free, with two additional kids tickets retailing at half price. This deal is applicable when the children are accompanied by an adult paying full price.

Kids Week offers shows for all ages. For the little ones, We're Going on a Bear Hunt is one of the favourites, a fun filled performance following a family squelching through mud, rivers and grass to discover a cave with a scary resident!

For the nippers over 5, Scooby Doo and the Gang need your help solving a mystery. There is a Pirate Ghost roaming the stage and they need you to discover why!

Kids over 12 can enjoy an enthralling performance from The Woman in Black. The show is sure to provoke screams from you and your children! Join the cast and the crew in a Q & A after the show to find out just how they made it so terrifying.

For the older ones, Too Close to the Sun is a musical based on the final year of Ernest Hemmingways life. The viewers are captivated by bribery, lies and manipulation concerning Ernests odd relationships with his young secretary and an old school friend.

Also available are West End favourites Mamma Mia, Grease, The Lion King, Billy Elliot, Chicago, Hairspray, Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera, We Will Rock You and Stomp, alongside the newbies: Thriller Live, Wicked, Sister Act, War Horse, Priscilla Queen of the Desert - The Musical and many more.

On August 21st the audience have a chance to meet the stars of the show and get a sneak peak behind the scenes.

Being such a great excuse to get out of the house, the tickets (for which there is no boking fee!) sell very fast, so make sure you grab this opportunity, or you will have to wait till next year!
