A poorlysick Morrissey was forced to cancel his London Royal Albert Hall and Birmingham Symphony Hall shows last week due to a throat illness, to the annoyance of gutted fans. However, nice guy that he is, he's rescheduled the dates for October, adding four additional shows to his tour. The new shows will include nights in Swindon (October 24th), Bournemouth (October 26th), Leeds (October 29th), and Sheffield (October 30th).

Returned tickets for the London (October 27th) and Birmingham (October 23rd) shows will be re-released on sale - check the "tickets" links below for availability. Original tickets for these dates are of course still valid.

Former The Smiths' frontman Morrissey's current UK tour includes two Manchester dates this weekend, and will be drawn to a close after his final night at Brixton's O2 Academy on May 30th.

The new shows go on sale tomorrow - Friday 22nd May - at 9am and will set you back £32.50 + booking.
