Kasabian last night announced that they will perform a special free gig in London next week on 20th May to mark the launch of third album 'West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum', which is out on 8th June.
The Leicester-based quartet head down to Brighton this Saturday for their stint at the Brighton Dome as part of The Great Escape festival (which kicks-off today at midday!).
Just ahead of the album launch, the boys hit the road along with The Enemy in support of Oasis for their June/ July tour - tickets for which are (amazingly!) still available at face value... yep, you get to see these three beasts of bands for just £44.04 + booking, swerving the resellers! Check the "tickets" links below for more info. Note: the 11th July Wembley date has now sold out.
In-betwixt the Oasis tour, Kasabian have chosen to weave a rather well-proportioned tour of their own, covering the length-and-breath of England, with a few Welsh, Scottish and Irish dates thrown in for good measure.
Tickets for the free London show need to be applied for here from Kasabian's blog: blog.kasabian.co.uk. 200 winners will be chosen (+ guests) to attend the event.
Good luck!
