J Mascis, Lou Barlow and Murph of cult alternative rock/grunge band Dinosaur Jr will hit the UK next month.

In advance of their eighth album in 25 years (the band formed in 1984 and faced a hiatus from 1997 to 2005), entitled 'Farm', produced by frontman J Mascis and due out on June 22nd, Dinosaur Jr will play a one-off show at the Forum on June 9th , as part of the MOJO Honours List Ceremony.

The following day, on June 10th, they will play The Rockhouse in Derby, before releasing their first official single, 'Get Over It' on June 15th, which will come out after the track 'I Want You to Know' was made available for free download on PIAS (media.pias.com/dinosaurjrfarm/) last month - as previously announced.

Tickets for the London show cost £17.50 (+ booking fee), those for The Rockhouse gig £16.00 (+bf) - all on sale now.
