Intimate Serpentine Sessions comes to Hyde Park for Summer 2009

Three nights of pioneering artists have been announced for the Serpentine Sessions at London's Hyde Park this summer.
The weekend of events over 29th June - 1st July will feature acclaimed performers Regina Spektor, Bon Iver and Tindersticks headlining on separate nights.
Support for all headlining acts are yet to be announced, with an additional three acoustic sets on a smaller bandstand stage still yet to be confirmed. All bands are to play at different times so attendees will have the chance to see every act playing - great value for money!
On 29th June, Regina Spektor comes to London for her only show in the capital of 2009. Armed with her imaginative style and youthful voice, the appearance with coincide with the release of her new album Far, the follow-up to Begin To Hope.
Bon Iver will head the stage on 30th June to play one of his carefully-crafted shows as his only London appearance this summer, which will follow a sellout gig at the Victoria Apollo last year. Alela Diane will also play on 30th June.
Tindersticks play the final Serpentine Sessions night on July 1st as their first show of the year with a new line-up. Their creative soulful rock will give fans a chance to enjoy an imaginative and multi-instrument experience at Hyde Park.
The intimate (compared to any other London park event this summer!) gigs will be limited to 3000 tickets each and are expected to sell-out very fast!
Tickets will be on sale from Friday 1st May at £25-27.50 each.
