Madness
Madness

Almost as barking as the proverbial March hare, Madness are reviving their park get-together for the 5th time in 2009 after an 11-year break.

Named after pop-ska band Madness' live album released in 1992, Madstock 09 will celebrate 30 years since the release of the band's first single, 'The Prince'. The groups 9th studio album, ''The Liberty of Norton Folgate', is set for standard release on 18 May although a special edition was released on March 23rd.

The shindig will take place on Friday 17 July at London's Victoria Park, which also holds events such as the Lovebox Weekender festival and a plethora of open-air gigs including some people you may have heard of, Radiohead!

Accompanied by 'very special guests', Madness will take to the stage with Hayseed Dixie, The Pogues and Bjorn Again. More artists are to be announced soon.

Tickets are £35 each and on sale now.
