The countdown has begun, on 30th March (Monday, tomorrow, yay!) at 7pm, line-ups are to be announced for the legendary simultaneous Leeds and Reading festivals. Tickets will also go on sale moments after the announcement, with a weekend ticket costing £170, or a day pass being £70.
With 151 days to go, the line-up rumour mill had already started churning, amid suggestions that Radiohead, The Prodigy, Kings of Leon and Arctic Monkeys may be headlining. Other potential artist appearances could include Deftones, Glasvegas, Friendly Fires, Deathcab For Cutie, and White Lies.
Last year, the stages were graced with the presence of Metallica, The Killers, Bloc Party, The Cribs, CSS, Queens Of The Stone Age and Vampire Weekend amongst many, many other artists at the festivals that take place over August Bank Holiday weekend (28-30 August)..
So, commuters with your computers, get ready to brave the rush hour tomorrow night and race home to get your tickets while they're hot!
