As previously reported, this year's Teenage Cancer Trust comedy night at the Royal Albert Hall will be hosted by the duo of the moment : James Corden and Matthew Horne from TV's Gavin and Stacey.

The pair will now be joined by the Mighty Boosh's Noel Fielding - a long-term supporter of the charity. In fact, this will be his fifth such appearance. Also announced is stand-up comedian Sean Lock - a regular on both BBC2's QI and Channel 4's 8 out of 10 cats.

Also joining the lineup are character comedian Nick Mohammed from BBC Radio 4's '4Quarters' and the host of 2009's Big Brother's Big Mouth, Jack Whitehall.

The comedy night takes place on Sunday 29th March, with the music events taking place every day between next Tuesday 24th March and Sunday 29th March. The concerts are the idea of The Who's Roger Daltrey - proceeds from the night go to the Teenage Cancer Trust charity, which provides the best possible care and support for young people with cancer.

Tickets are still available for all nights, costing £19.50 and £65.00 + booking.
