Tina Turner has had to reschedule two of her UK tour dates - tomorrow's O2 date and the Sheffield Arena date set for this Thursday, due to her catching respiratory flu.

The two dates will now take place in May - 3rd May for the O2 date and 5th May for the Sheffield Arena date. None of the forthcoming European dates should be affected (she's due in Paris on Monday 16th).

A spokesperson for Tina had this to say:

Tina always wants to give one hundred percent and has been overwhelmed by the reaction from her UK fans at the gigs last week. She regrets this decision to postpone and the inconvenience to all those fans with tickets but wants to make sure each concert she does is memorable for everyone

A few tickets are still available for the rescheduled dates, at £75 for the O2 date and between £50 and £100 for the Sheffield date.
