Idlewild to play new album live in Dingwalls three night residency - May 2009

Scottish alternative rock band Idlewild have just announced a three night residency at Dingwalls in London.

The band will open the residency on 19th May, where they will play latest (as yet untitled) album along with 'Hope is Important', followed by '100 Broken Windows' And 'Warnings/ Promises' on 20th, with 'Remote Part ' and 'Make Another World' on 21st.

Lead singer Roddy Woomble has been recording and touring with folk musicians Kris Drever and John McCusker over the past two years, with their debut album 'Before the Ruin' released last September.

Tickets for the Dingwalls dates, costing £16 for each date, go on sale this Friday (20th Feb) at 9AM.
