Two legendary Blues guitarists will share the honours during four concerts confirmed for the Summer this year. BB King, one of the most indefatigable stalwarts of the US Delta Blues scene over the last 6 decades and who commands huge, loyal audiences wherever he plays, will team up with the UK's foremost and robust guitar maestro, John Mayall who came to prominence with his band The Bluesbreakers in the 1960's and has performed and nurtured other like-minded legends such as Eric Clapton, Peter Green and Alexis Korner for nearly 5 decades. Expect a marathon run through their expansive back catalogues plus duets and sound-offs between two huge names in a genre that has been the life-blood of many a pub band since pubs began! Not bad for two guys totalling 150 years of age between them with one shared aim - to keep the blues alive and rocking!
