Two bands better than one? Same Difference join Leon Jackson's tour

Posted: 15 years ago

Pop duo Same Difference have just announced the cancellation of their forthcoming March/ April tour, choosing instead to join forces with fellow X Factor contestant Leon Jackson.

The X Factor finalists, mentored by Simon Cowell, released their debut album last month - 'Pop', which reached number 22 in the UK charts. Cowell famously said of them upon first hearing them: "potentially two of the most annoying people I've ever met", but later did an about-turn when he was chosen to mentor them, describing them as "genuinely nice people".

They were due to embark on their first tour commencing 12th March, but will instead join the singer that pipped them to the post in X Factor 2007 - Leon Jackson. The tour commences on 10th May at Margate's Winter Gardens.

Tickets costing £23.50 + booking are available now.
