MUGSTAR

Having gone missing for nearly 5 years, MUGSTAR will return to Earth in the second half of 2024 to play here and there. Luckily for us they play HERE at The Foxlowe Arts Centre on 30th Aug.

The Liverpool 3-Piece have been releasing exceptional music since 2003. They have collaborated with Damo Suzuki, and been lauded by Krautrock scholar (and fully qualified space cadet) Julian Cope. Their live shows bring a refined space rock band with technical skill and progressive compositional capacity, they have found the right balance between in-the-moment expression, on-stage improvisation and planned emotional dynamics and transitions.

MUGSTAR are undeniable masters within the 21st century Psychedelic Rock movement, playing across Europe and the USA, fully deserving to be mentioned in the same breath as Mogwai or Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Hawkwind or CAN.
