London singer/ songwriter Angel has as fantastic voice. And with her soon to be released single 'There's A Girl' she also has a great ear for a complimentary cut of music. The single does not strike straight away as a particularly memorable tune but that is all part of its wonderful subtlety. Angel probably knows she could hit the notes required to sound like Beyonce or Shakira but she probably also realises that every other female vocalist is also doing this so she has bided her time, worked with some fantastic musicians from all over the world and come out with a very interesting song. The vocals are by far the highlight, all understated beauty and lilting emotion but the piano guides her along and when it comes into the chorus the strings are perfectly set to the whole sound. Every piece comes together and there is not a touch out of place. With her album 'Angel's Vibe' in the pipeline this could be a very good year for Angel, and deservedly so.
