I have to ask - what is the point? Much as I enjoyed Digitonal's luxurious album, a single just doesn't make sense. Banco De Gaia and Future Sound Of London released remixes back in the day when 'ambient' was de rigeur. But today it just doesn't work. However, there are some credible mixes here - Echaskech turn in a sub-dub-step roller that builds nicely until combustion with a few minutes to go. Very nice. '65 Days Of Static' also contribute a veritable sandwich of pretty melody and glitch beats laced with a salad of frowning strings. Check their album - far more satisfying!
