Single Review
Bjork fronting a new wave/nu rave outfit vibe is given off by Brightonian six-piece, The Go! Team. They proudly shove into the limelight one of the Bonus Disc Edition tracks from 2007’s quaint, quirky and quixotic ‘Proof Of Youth’.
Leading light, Ian Parton is the UK’s answer to Tim Delaughter (The Polyphonic Spree), in the way he orchestrates the happy-go-lucky catchy chaos that filters through whatever The Go! Team does. ‘Milk Crisis’, represents a collision course between carefree melody and catchy cacophony, with the result being a thrilling draw. It provides for a warm feeling from the knowledge that something doesn’t necessarily have to make sense in order to make you feel good.
