A soulful step paves the way for a gate-crash into a dialogue drive post-mod rollick of a party with touches of Milburn and The Rifles, being exposed in ‘My Everything’. This plum from debut album ‘On The Brink’ represents a rustic, mildly streetwise serenade of a loved one.
Mensai Cofie-Agyeman’s vocals steer a well controlled, but slightly animated path to lead these Brixton-ites into rhythmic rumbling territory. Making the track suitable for that Friday night free-for-all or the Monday morning musing.
