Inside Out - Hungover Stuntmen Single Review

Hungover Stuntmen
Single Review
Attention please … real ones to watch!
Hailed by Roger Daltrey, Mike Joyce (The Smiths) and Suggs (Madness) among others, the Hungover Stuntmen are the upcoming Newcastle-bred quartet with great pedigree. Discovered by Steve Cradock (of Ocean Colour Scene fame), these fab four are off to a great start: with support slots for all bands hip, from The Kooks to The Futureheads under their belt, they have been championed and summoned to share a stage by the Modfather himself Mr Paul Weller ( a huge fan) .
Their first single ‘Inside Out’, is out on April 7th, and is only a taster for things to come, as they will release their debut album ‘Blame the BBC’ on May 5th , produced by none other than former Duran Duran guitarist Andy Taylor.
‘Inside out’ is a catchy little rock tune, perfectly formatted and set to become a radio airplay favourite, as many a listener’s will get possessed by the opening/closing riff. It’s got it all: haunting riffs, lovelorn lyrics and Geordie-toned vocals delivered with gut and punch. Even The Darkness-like chorus is quite pleasing- an exploit in itself.
So, hang it over, as with ‘Inside Out’, these Geordie men have accomplished the perfect stunt!
