The Enemy have been one of my favorite bands of 2007 and the album 'We’ll live and die in These Towns' I believe is a must in any indie lovers record collection. That being said The Enemy have released four singles so far from this album and so by the time they get to the fifth track ‘This song is about you’ it has just run out of steam. This is a solid album track about the state of modern society which if the lyrics had been given to say the Arctic Monkeys or Reverend and the makers they would have trashed a rather more intense sound out of it rather than a half hearted melancholy to a synth background. A message for Tom Clarke and the boys, I’m looking forward to the next album guys I think we are done with the old one.
