Valentine - Richard Hawley Single Review

Richard Hawley
Single Review
In a rather well timed release just in time for Valentines Day, the Sheffield Singer manages to make a track that sounds like something that an 80’s crooner might do on a CD that’s only available only by mail order and not in the shops. After about three minutes I was struggling to remember why I actually like quite a few of his tracks, other tracks on the album such as ‘tonight the streets are ours’ do feel like they have been done before (why am I thinking Neil Hannon?)but are executed very well and our down right enjoyable.
Overall Richard keep dishing out the tunes but I’ll give this one a miss. (unless there is a Special CD box set for my girlfriend, damn it sucked in again).
