The quintet from Bristol played to a fairly small and subdued crowd on Tuesday night but front man Johnny Benn gave a high energy and overt performance.
The band played their latest track Hot In That and their previous hit A Bit of Education but even these more well known tracks didn't rouse the crowd.
It may have been that Undercut didn't have many followers that night in Camden, there were three other bands on the bill, but the band didn't seem to quite have the passion to engage the crowd 100%.
All in all the music was enjoyable but the atmosphere could have been better, I would like to see them perform again in a different setting and hopefully see them give it their all.
