Album Review

Linkin Park are back with their fourth album Minutes to Midnight and with their new album comes a new image redefining their music.

The kings of Rap Metal have relinqúeshed their throne and have become more concerned with politics and slow numbers it seems, most notably the very poor Valentines Day, In Between and The Little Things give You Away.

Sadly this album is a disappointment and does not reach the heights of Meteroa or the epic Hybrid Theory. Chesters screaming has all but disappeared No More Sorrow and Mike Shinoda´s rapping is too far too between Bleed it Out.

With the new sound comes some adequate songs namely Leave Out all the Rest and current single What I´ve Done.

The album does have a few gems Given Up, No More Sorrow and Bleed It Out, mainly because they seem a natural extension of Metoera and ReAnimation.

I recommend this album purely for the few good songs, so get downloading!
