Album Review

Computer layered niceness? Actually it’s better than nice, much better. This bedroom recorded work of art is very easy to listen to, but slightly harder to fully embrace at first. There are plenty of interesting synth ideas going on under quite a soothing, nostalgic voice that makes you feel quite at home. There is warmth in the album with unique soundscapes and lush textures that seem to wrap around you like a blanket making ‘We Can Create’ a relaxed, calming and also appealing work.

Highlights contain the opening track ‘So Low, So High’ which has some rewarding atmospheric synth strings and ‘Elouise’ combines great melody with well padded intricacies that add so much to such a full sounding album.

Think ‘Air’ meets ‘Moby’ and you might find a route to where ‘We Can Create’ is going. It’s definitely worth a good listen.
