We're part way through another decade which must mean the time is ripe for a Donald Fagen solo album - wahey!
Coming few and far between, the albums tend to be tasty labours of love - and from what I can tell so far, this is no exception.

True to his audiophile-friendly roots, this release is in hi-definition 5.1 DVDA (DVD Audio) as well as the more conventional CD. One Donald Fagen first - which I don't approve of is the lack of a vinyl release. This is a bit of a shame, but understandable I guess owing to the limited market, even despite the mighty turntable's recent revival over the past five years.
