Pushing the Senses - Feeder Single Review

Single Review
Many critics suggested that Feeder's album Pushing the Senses deserted their style of banging out rock anthems and adopted a more reflective and Coldplay-esque tone. However the release of the title track single reminds us that the band still have desire to pound away on their guitars and create some inspiring rocky music.
Pushing the Senses is quite high tempo and delivered with energetic feeling throughout the uplifting choruses. There are the occasional quiet moments but these have suspense as you wait for the band to explode back into life. Lyrically it's quite repetitive and simple but at least it means anyone can memorise the words and sing along wherever they may be.Overall this indie rock song is by no means a changing track but one which should cause crowds to bounce around at festivals and gigs in the future.
