Single Review

The third single test for a new band is often the toughest and most revealing, as most people are familiar with their work and arguably the best two songs have set a standard that is often too tough too maintain. Therefore, for Jason Pebworth and his Californian colleagues to be able to pull out of the bag, a wistful indie soul and a droplet of funk offering and still utilise their favoured, fuzzy bass line hooks is certainly to their advantage.

The slow build up will revive memories of Stevie Wonder, as Pebworth knows just when the time is right to kick in with his rising and clear vocals to scatter feeling around like chicken feed. Orson, look set to stroll passed the third single obstacle and not lose their stride at all.
