Man I Hate Your Band - Little Man Tate Single Review

Single Review
Of all the dialogue driven, write about stuff that happens to you, mod influenced Sheffield bands around at the moment, Little Man Tate comprises of the members you are most likely to find in a gutter 10 yards from the local at 2am, on a Saturday morning. This maybe gives them the edge given the subject matter of the material produced by bands of this ilk. In the spiky and irreverent 'Man I Hate Your Band', the accessibility of this quartet is helped by a pub-style humour, projected through the chatty vocals of John. Winding guitars, drilling percussion and throbbing but low-key bass-lines sets a punchy backdrop to complete this catchy, catty swipe out at the falseness that blights our music business.
