Grammy-winning pop-soul band from the US, formed from the ashes of the band Kara's Flowers.
Members include Adam Levine - vocals and guitar, Mickey Madden - bass, James Valentine - lead guitar and Matt Flynn - drums.
Jesse Carmichael - keyboards and guitar - left on hiatus in 2012, to be replaced by PJ Morton.
Their hits have been numerous, although their most memorable include "This Love", "She Will Be Loved", "Makes Me Wonder" and "If I Never See Your Face Again".
The band notched up number 1 albums in the UK with "Songs About Jane" and "It Won't Be Soon Before Long".
