A family show based on the fairy tale about a poor shoemaker who receives much-needed help from elves.
The original story appeared in the German Grimm's Fairy Tales as 'Die Wichtelmänner'.
The story has been successfully adapted many times including versions from Loony Tunes and the Muppets (featuring 'Elvises' who make only blue suede shoes).
