Legendary US surf-pop band formed in 1961 by Brian Wilson.
The original lineup included: Brian Wilson, the late Carl and Dennis Wilson, Mike Love and Alan Jardine. Brian, Mike and Alan reunited for a series of concerts in 2011.
Their considerable list of hits includes "Surfin' USA", "I Get Around", "California Girls", "Good Vibrations" and "Wouldn't It Be Nice" (with "God Only Knows" on the flip).
Renowned albums include "Pet Sounds", "Smiley Smile" and "Surf's Up".
They won their first ever Grammy Award in 2013 for Best Historical Album for 'The Smile Sessions'.
