Written and produced by Kinks' singer/ songwriter Ray Davies.
"‘Come Dancing’ follows his cast of characters through the late-50s and centres around the local Palais, a dance hall during its heyday. The musical has a cast of 13, plus a live band, with Ray narrating the story live, much like he did in his Storyteller series back in the mid-90s. The show will be set to the Kinks’ classic title track ‘Come Dancing’, alongside 20 new compositions by Ray."
