His bands have included Black Flag, Rollins Band and State of Alert, as well as many spoken-word/stand-up works and blogging activity.
His solo releases include the spoken-word "Talk Is Cheap" series, the studio album "Hot Animal Machine" and the album "Weight" with his band (1994).
