  • Essex-based singer, songwriter and guitarist, best known for being in Hefner which disbanded in 2002. Hayman has since embarked on a solo career, and also performs with his backing group the Secondary Modern. He is occasionally as part of an indie bluegrass supergroup, Hayman, Watkins, Trout & Lee.

    His 2011 latest solo album 'The Ships's Piano' is a subtle, drifting album of piano ballads which he wrote while he was recovering from head injury in 2009.
