Musical based on the 1975 film 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail'.
Written by former Python Eric Idle, Spamalot is an irreverent musical re-telling of the Arthurian legend while also parodying Broadway and musical theatre in general.
The original 2005 Broadway production won three Tony Awards, grossing more than $175 million from 1,500 performances.
It opened in the West End a year later.
