Devon-based folk and roots singer, songwriter and musician who was nominated for a Mercury Prize for the album 'Kitty Jay' in 2004, two years after his debut in 2002, 'The Punch Bowl'.
Seth Lakeman began his solo career after a spell in The Lakeman Brothers with siblings Sean and Sam. Seth continues to collaborate with a wide range of artists.
In 2007 Lakeman won Singer of the Year and Best Album (for 'Freedom Fields') at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
