Scottish folk singer-songwriter who began performing in 1976 with trad-folk ensemble, Tannahill Weavers before recording his first solo material in the late 70s.
He plays many instruments including guitar, violin, viola, banjo and bass.
Albums include "On A Wing And A Prayer", "Indigenous" and "Resolution".
His track "The Gael" was adapted for the film "Last Of The Mohicans".
