It's been quite a few years for ex-soldier James Blunt. After receiving nominations and awards-a-plenty, and being accused of making 'boring music', having his music removed from Radio 1's playlist due to 'public pressure', he now out-ranks traffic wardens in a table of 'annoyances'.
In a poll of 2000 people, cold-callers, caravans and queue jumpers ranked in places 1,2 and 3, with Blunt making an appearance at number 4 - one place ahead of traffic wardens.
The public are indeed a fickle bunch, after purchasing over 5m copies of 'Back to Bedlam'.
A few places further back comes Chantelle and Preston - after their Big Brother shenanigans, so has the Ordinary Boys' lead singer publicity back-fired?
