Damon Albarn's new project

"The Good, the Bad and the Queen" is the name of a new music project started by Blur and Gorillaz front man Damon Albarn. The band will consist of Damon, former Clash bassist Paul Simonon, ex Verve keyboardist Simon Tong and drummer Tony Allen - who has worked with the late Feli Kuti - a Nigerian musician/ human rights activist.
They are slated to appear in the BBC's "Electric Proms" concert at the Roundhouse in Camden this October.
