Leicester-based quartet, The Displacements release latest single ‘Down and Out’ tomorrow (Monday 7th July) on Stiff records (the former lable of North London nutty biys, Madness and current label of Coventry’s The Enemy).

The self-taught quartet, featuring brothers Andrew and James Stone and Nick Eversfield and Joe Wilson, have been together for three years, and have recently toured with The Enemy, The Twang and the Courteeners. The guys are currently in the midst of their summer tour, which sees them play this year’s Lovebox and T in the Park in the next few weeks, as well as dates with Pete and the Pirates, The Ting Tings and The Holloways in York, Hull, Cambridge, Southsea and more between now and the end of the month.

The single is out on CD and for download from tomorrow.
