Amy Winehouse/ Mark Ronson Bond theme put on hold

It looks like the theme tune for the forthcoming James Bond Film ‘Quantum of Solace’ will probably not be recorded by Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson. Mark Ronson had already started work on the song, but according to an article on bbc.co.uk, Ronson said that Amy is “not ready to make music”.
No official decision has yet been made on the theme tune, but Mark confirmed that they had been approached, and that he had made a demo. It would be a pity, as Ronson’s retro production would fit a bond film quite nicely.
Quantum of Solace, featuring Daniel Craig’s second appearance as Bond is due for UK release in October this year.
