Crystal Castles – new single and debut album

Band of the moment, Toronto’s Crystal Castles will release their debut eponymous album in two weeks time (28th April), preceded by latest single ‘Courtship Dating’ next week next week (21st April). The band featuring multi-instrumentalist Ethan Kath and vocalist Alice Glass have received much critical acclaim and the backing of radio DJs, including Zane Lowe and Jo Whiley.
Previous single ‘Air War’ featured their trademark experimental electronic bleeps with Alice providing the sped-up/ slowed down/ messed up vocals.
The pair launch their UK tour this week, starting at the Camden Crawl, ending in Liverpool on 27th May. The band are also due to appear in a forthcoming episode of Channel 4’s Skins, following in the footsteps of Foals and The Gossip.
