British/Caribbean reggae icon Eddy Grant is touring the UK this July – it is his first tour in twenty years! He is also preparing to embark on an extensive World Tour.

Eddy Grant and The Frontline Orchestra’s seven date tour sees them play dates in Bournemouth, Brighton, Cambridge, Norwich, London, Wolverhampton and Manchester. They will also be performing at the O2 Wireless Festival in Hyde Park on Sunday 6th July.

Eddy’s career started back in 1968 with The Equals, as the band’s main guitarist and songwriter - ‘Baby Come Back’ was one of their hits. As a solo artist, he had massive commercial success in the 80’s with hits including ‘Do you Feel My Love’, ‘I Don’t Wanna Dance’, ‘Electric Avanue’ and ‘Gimme Hope Jo'anna’.

Now living in Barbados, where Eddy runs his own recording company ‘Ice Records’, he has produced for some of the big acts like Sting, Mick Jagger and Elvis Costello.

Tickets for Eddy’s tour go on sale on Friday 4th April at 9.00am.
