Return to Forever ... return... London date announced

Jazz fusion band, Return to Forever have reformed once again and they are hitting the road for the first time in 25 years after their last split in 1983. They are planning to perform more than 50 dates in the US, Canada, and Europe, kicking off the much-anticipated tour on 29th May in Austin, Texas and ending in New York on 7th August.

For their UK fans, you will be pleased to know that they have also scheduled a return to the capital, but this is just a one-off date at London’s IndigO2 on 21st July 2008.

Well known for their jazz-rock fusion style of music, they band formed in 1972 by keyboardist Chick Corea, and cycled through many members over the years. The reformed band include keyboardist - Chick Corea, bassist - Stanley Clarke, guitarist - Al Di Meola and drummer - Lenny White, all of them legends in their own right.

The quartet also have plans to release a special Return to Forever anthology, featuring remixed and remastered tracks from the classic albums 'Hymn of the Seventh Galaxy', 'Where Have I Known You Before', 'No Mystery' and 'Romantic Warrior', to coincide with the tour.
