Great news for tree lovers and music lovers alike! KT Tunstall is another great act added to this year ‘Forest Tour’, following the already great line-up of: Status Quo, Katherine Jenkins, Jools Holland and his band, James Morrison, Crowded House and The Charlatans.

KT Tunstall has had phenomenal success in the last 3 years and is well established both sides of the Atlantic, where she has sold over 4 million copies of her debut album ‘Eye To The Telescope’. Her 2007 follow-up album ‘Drastic Fantastic’, which includes the hit singles ‘Saving My Face’ and ‘Hold On’, has also been well received.

Tunstall’s critical acclaim includes a Brit Award for Best British Female Solo Artist, the Virgin Music Award for Best UK Act, The Ivor Novello Best Song award for writing ‘Suddenly I See’ and a Q award for Track of the Year for ‘Black Horse and the Cherry Tree’.

Apart from agreeing to perform for the ‘Forest Tour’, the extremely-committed-to-green-issues Tunstall has also signed up to the GlobalCool campaign and even has her own 6,000 strong forest of trees in Scotland.

She will be performing at Thetford Forest in Suffolk on 6th June and Delamere Forest in Cheshire 15th June. To support her on both dates is the much praised singer-songwriter Tom Baxter.

Tickets will go on sale at 9.00am on 15th Friday, priced at £27.50(subject to booking fee).
