Duffy - new single announced for February

Duffy - "The new soul-pop genius on the block" as quoted by Time Out, is to release her delightful new single ‘Mercy’ on 25th February. This will be the second single released from her much-anticipated debut LP ‘Rockferry’, which will also be available on 3rd March.
Following her successful debut single ‘Rockferry’, which Duffy wrote with Bernard Butler (ex-Suede guitarist and producer) it was made record of the week at Radio1, ‘Mercy’ is sure to follow suit.
The singer from Wales, who has been tipped by many as having exciting prospects, begins the New Year with a 4 week, weekly residency gig at the London’s Pigalle Club which started on January 16th and runs until February 6th. The singer has nationwide dates through February & March also. Duffy’s live shows feature her impressive band - Toby Oyerinde (guitar), Tom Meadows (drums), Ben Epstein (Bass), Ayo Oyerinde (Keyboards), Jon Green (Guitar) and Josh McKenzie (Percussion).
