Pixies’ bass player Kim Deal and her band The Breeders are over in the UK for the first time in many years starting on 9th April 2008. Forthcoming album Mountain Battles is also released in April 2008 – the first album since 2002’s Title TK. The band are currently slated to play five UK dates in Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester and London.
Manchester-based Grammy-winners Chemical Brothers have announced a summer 2008 date in Olympia. The duo, featuring Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons will play Olympia on 30th August.
Finally, pop princess Kylie Minogue has just added another couple of dates to her UK tour – adding another O2 date and another Manchester Evening News Arena date.
Tickets for all of the above gigs go on sale tomorrow (Tuesday 18th December) at 9:00AM.
